Medical Service Company offers CPAP & Bilevel equipment virtual setup options to support the needs of each sleep therapy patient. Respiratory therapists are licensed to provide their clinical expertise across our service area through the following types of virtual appointments:

  • Telemed Phone Appointment
  • Group PAP Zoom Setups

  • PAP demonstration highlighting the clinical importance of your prescribed therapy, equipment usage, compliance requirements, supply cleaning, and resupply.
  • Email reminders, digital instructions, and additional resources to set expectations prior to your appointment and continually support your therapy success after setup.

Virtual Service Call Program

The goal of our Virtual Service Call (VSC) Program is to provide you with a speedy resolution to your equipment issue through remote communication. The VSC Team reaches out to you through Zoom or a phone call to resolve matters same day for durable medical equipment such as portable oxygen concentrators. Our capability to diagnose and fix issues virtually offers many benefits to you, including creating more convenience, greater efficiency, and superior customer service.
