Set Up Your Machine
It is important to have your workspace ready before you meet with your respiratory therapist. To prepare, please follow these instructions to set up your respective machine prior to your scheduled appointment.

Learn How to Use Microsoft Teams (If applicable)
- Install Application: If your appointment was scheduled using Teams, please install the "free for personal use" version of the application from the Microsoft store prior to your appointment.
- Test Application: Test Teams on your device by opening Teams, click on the Chat bubble icon and click on the three dots at the top for more options. Open Customize View, click on Devices and the Make a Test Call button.
Buy Distilled Water
Clinical studies have shown that distilled water provides optimal humidifier performance. We recommend that you buy distilled water prior to your appointment.
