From a provider referral to follow-up, the MSC team works together and with your provider to ensure you receive the right therapy quickly—and that you stay supported throughout your care journey.

• Personalized program education designed around your therapy needs
• Direct access to an assigned respiratory therapist via phone and emails
• Three in-person visits in the first 30 days of therapy and four visits per year
• MSC coordinating care, direct communication, and therapy progress with your physician
