Medical Service Company (MSC) is excited to offer group PAP set-up and education classes for patients. In select Ohio locations, patients receive Respiratory Therapist (RT) expert set-up instruction, receive education materials about OSA and their PAP machines, and better understand how getting a good night’s sleep helps overall health.

Easy, Collaborative, and Flexible Solutions for PAP Patients 

• New PAP patients receive both a text and email message about scheduling their PAP set up session and can elect the group PAP set up classes available to their area.
• Classes are collaborative and interactive, and the group format creates open communication among participants, especially where questions may be asked that patients alone may not think or ask about.
• The classes also allow for faster appointment booking so patients can begin PAP therapy sooner and creates earlier availability for patients who require one-on-one instruction.

These group classes are ideal for patients who can receive instructions without needing a family member or care giver present, without language barriers or special needs. We continue to offer one-on-one patient setups with our RT’s weekdays at most MSC locations.
