Our compassionate staff will speak with both the patient and caregiver, evaluate the home environment, and provide only the most appropriate equipment, as directed by the physician's care plan. Medical Service Company's trained medical equipment technicians will deliver the equipment, set it up for safe, comfortable use, and then instruct the patient on proper use and maintenance. Our technicians are also available to provide equipment servicing and maintenance, as required. Our billing team is well-versed in Medicare, Medicaid and managed care plans. We are happy to handle all third-party billing for the patient.
