One of our friendly customer service representatives is available to help. First, they will ask you for the following:
• Patient's name and demographic information
• Insurance information • Referring physician information • Diagnosis and/or statement of medical need |
After a representative has collected the
necessary data for the physician and obtains the required authorization from the payer, they can then provide the patient
with the prescribed equipment. Medical Service Company accepts most health insurance programs, and our reimbursement specialists
will work closely with the patient and their family to ensure proper insurance coverage.
